There is now the opportunity for an experienced ticketing leader to join at this exciting time to lead the dynamic ticketing department of 14 team members.

The Position

  • Hold responsibility for all ticketing operations whilst delivering an excellent experience for supporters through a commitment to quality customer service, attention to detail, efficient staffing and driving high performance
  • Reporting into the Head of Marketing, Ticketing and International, and working with Senior Managers across the department and wider Club, you will work to devise campaigns which drive sales of existing products and generate interest in new products and services
  • Representing the club at Premier League meetings, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and recommendations 
  • Contribute to an insight-led culture which helps to inform strategic decision making 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems and sales, with previous experience in a ticketing leadership role.

Strong management and leadership skills will be essential to the role, ensuring team members are offered adequate support and training and are fully equipped to execute the Club’s ticketing strategy.

The team is primarily based at the Royal Liver Building Head Office, which represents an invigorating, modern work environment in the heart of the city.
