We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Director on behalf of a well-known brand to lead the 90-strong UK customer service department, taking overall responsibility for the delivery of industry leading customer service.  

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Experience of managing and delivering an integrated customer experience across Omni-channel touch points, preferably for a brand renowned for delivering an excellent customer experience and outcomes
  • Experience of leading and managing a large, fast-paced metrics and quality driven customer experience team and delivering against demanding KPIs 
  • Experience of leading and managing a customer outcomes focussed team 
  • Evidence of implementing business change and/or organisational change whilst delivering against KPI's 
  • Ability to manage, motivate, develop and influence diverse teams to deliver on overall objectives 
  • Ability to balance ‘the bigger picture’ and strategic oversight with managing a goal, driven, target orientated operation 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven decision making skills - look at the difficulty - and fix it.
