We are currently recruiting a Sales Operations Director for a leading multi-site, consumer brand to oversee the Regional Directors of the UK and to drive up market share. This Board level position will be responsible for the sale of high value products and services through all channels, maximising value and volume.

Our client is interested in considering candidates from consumer sectors with transferrable sales leadership skills, in order to attract and consider the very best talent in the marketplace.

The key experience that we are looking for includes:

  • Outstanding track record of innovation and sales growth in a very large and complex, multi-site operations position
  • Experience of running a franchise operation is desirable 
  • Ability to innovate and refine operations, resulting in performance growth 
  • A positive outlook, can-do attitude with the ability to inspire and work at pace  
  • Strong communication skills with the diplomacy to tackle the status quo and influence change 
  • Experience in managing relationships between key stakeholder groups
